Bio

Sumeet Syal is an entrepreneur, tech executive, and educator with 30+ years of global experience across large corporations and Silicon Valley startups. He is the founder of 3DOSHAS, an award-winning coaching platform featured on Bloomberg and Apple TV+, where he designs and hosts high-impact leadership workshops for premier Silicon Valley companies—including Google, Intel, and Palo Alto Networks—partnering with executives to build high-performing teams and resilient organizations. Most recently, Sumeet served as Vice President and General Manager at Intel Corporation, leading global sales, marketing, and technology alignment for Fortune 500 enterprises, hyperscalers, and AI service providers. He brings deep expertise in scaling new technologies and building strategic B2B partnerships across leading tech giants & enterprise verticals.

Sumeet started his career in engineering at Silicon Valley startups that were acquired by industry leaders. He then moved to Singapore, spearheading Intel's Asia-Pacific regional expansion and mastered Asian business practices & marketing as an expat. Later, he transitioned to product management, leading Intel's go-to-market strategy for smartphone & wearable products where his insights were featured in major publications like CNET, TechCrunch, and Business Insider. Sumeet then pivoted to business-focused roles and went on to become Intel's Vice President & GM of Global Sales & Marketing. In this role, he closed high-stakes negotiations, securing multi-billion-dollar deals with tech giants such as Google, Apple, Dell, and HP. Over the course of his executive career, he guided many global teams across sales, marketing, business development, product marketing, product management, and engineering.

Sumeet is a passionate leader, consistently ranked among top Intel executives for transforming teams into high performing, resilient organizations. As a Stanford-trained executive in Leading Change & Organization Renewal and a UC Berkeley-Haas Certified Executive Coach, he now coaches Silicon Valley executives and their leadership teams. He serves as Adjunct Faculty teaching leadership & management of innovation at Santa Clara University’s (Graduate School of Engineering) and San José State University’s (Lucas Graduate School of Business). He holds dual MBAs from UCLA-Anderson and the National University of Singapore, and a BSc. in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly, SLO. Sumeet grew up in India’s Himalayas before moving to California. As a teen, he managed a McDonald’s, building a solid work ethic, and discovered his passion for tech through summer jobs at Fry’s Electronics.  Inspired by his heritage, he developed 3DOSHAS — a science based methodology to empower authentic leadership in building strengths-based, high-performing teams.
