Bio
Joseph Barjis specializes in Agile Systems Engineering, Agile Enterprise Transformation, AI Product Development, and AI Transformation, bringing over 20 years of combined industry and academic experience into the classroom. His teaching is grounded in real-world application, drawing on his work with global organizations and leading consulting firms such as PwC, IBM, Cognizant, and Boeing.
In addition to holding a PhD in Computer Science, Dr. Barjis has earned industry-recognized certifications, including SAFe SPCT and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
He has been invited to teach and deliver seminars at leading universities worldwide, including Delft University of Technology, Tokyo Institute of Technology, University of Granada, Czech Technical University, University of Duisburg-Essen, and Auburn University.
He has also contributed to academic programs through international collaboration and service on PhD examination committees across the Netherlands, Spain, France, and South Africa.
